We need bed-size blankets and winter coats now that cold weather is here.
Bring us your clean, gently used blankets for twin, queen, or king size beds. Many people who cannot afford to keep thermostats turned up, or kerosene heaters going can snuggle under several blankets to keep warm.
Winter coats, hats, gloves & mittens for adults and children of all ages are also needed. If your children have outgrown last year's coats, bring us their old ones. If you are getting a new style this winter, bring your old one to the Ministry. Someone will be thrilled to wear it.
We do ask that they are clean and that zippers work and no buttons are missing. Thanks.
